Birthday forgotten.
Samantha pines for Jake Ryan.
Love finds her at last.
A haiku for Sam.

The flex. Before I made it, I met with a trusted mentor. "Why would you do that?" Walk away from what you are good at?" That seems reckless."
ZAG. Resilient, not reckless.

The morph. Values front and center.

A "true vision" for time, talent, and treasure.

Beta testing the concept. Finding the flaws.
Prototyping. And AI.
There. I said it. Cue the eye roll.

Back up.
Unframe.
Subtraction.

It's not a set of tools or a bunch of processes. Those will never add up to "ZAG" (hat tip, Marty Neuemeier).

It's execution. A strategy is only a plan.

What a founder often sees as a flaw, I see as a flex.
With a lot of subtraction. limitations. creative constraints.
The exit number IS the endgame.
